This was little more than a transfer of $ from working Americans to fund the lifestyles of globalists. Why are they not going after China & India? <---- The biggest polluters? The pollution is so bad in China -- my husband just returned from Seoul & said the nasty haze rolls in from China and makes a sunny day look overcast.
