Black beans, chic peas, a huge red onion, broccoli, brussel sprouts, peas, cabage,
diced tomatos, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, cayanne pepper, thyme, cumin, and a touch of tumeric... and mountain spring water... not from plastic container...

So delicious and good for you, so you all are invited over for a big bowl of soup and for desert I am making banana, straw berry, blueberry smoothies...
