Collards with pot liquor and corn bread...oh yeah! I love that stuff.

Tonight I'm stuffing portobello mushrooms with a mixture of Italian sausage, onions, garlic, and mozzarella cheese. My side dish will be fresh broccoli and cauliflower seasoned with a lemon-butter sauce. For dessert we'll have kefir-blueberry smoothies.
