One pizza every 2 weeks, tonight’s the night! Purchased to support a local restaurant. Made the salad @ home & cut up fresh fruit.

Making a cherry cheesecake for dessert later. (I know... a bit rich!)

I know right? This is making me hungry.

Mesquite grilled chicken fajitas, borracho beans, guacamole, Mexican style rice, tortilla chips & salsa.

The little lady is prepping some chicken enchiladas with a pumpkin mole sauce, homemade tortillas, and beers probably.

And, some pumpkin seed shortbread cookies.

That's some good shit man, like a little Tobasco or Valentina on mine. You do heat it up I hope, it's not the same as eating the Chef Boyardi straight out of the can.

I concur, very filling as well, haven't had it in awhile but it is pretty good. when it comes to the tobasco, i put it on almost everything lol.

I eat it right out of the can with some Franks Red Hot.

As pathetic as it sounds, I am replicating KFC "bowl" meal.

My son loves them, he is a lousy eater and I am a decent cook, but he specifically doesnt want mashed potatoes, he wants instant.

So... dinner is home made chicken nuggets with panko breading because its more like KFC
with boxed hungry jack instant potatoes
and canned corn because he says it tastes better

All mounded in a bowl with shredded cheddar.

It wasnt half bad, but who prefers instant potatoes over home made, and canned corn over frozen???

My son eats crap! Everything made from scratch he has a complaint about, perfect college student, if its more than two bucks and 2 mins in the micro he probably doesnt like it.

I am making cheeseburger soup which sounds gross but is honestly a huge crowd pleaser. Not that we have a crowd...

We'll have it with some nice homemade pagnotta bread and a nice salad.
