Quoting: flavapor My son loves them, he is a lousy eater and I am a decent cook, but he specifically doesnt want mashed potatoes, he wants instant. So... dinner is home made chicken nuggets with panko breading because its more like KFC with boxed hungry jack instant potatoes and canned corn because he says it tastes better All mounded in a bowl with shredded cheddar. It wasnt half bad, but who prefers instant potatoes over home made, and canned corn over frozen??? My son eats crap! Everything made from scratch he has a complaint about, perfect college student, if its more than two bucks and 2 mins in the micro he probably doesnt like it. Hey he’s easy to cook for. And the meal he ate was fine. It was still nutritious. |

Quoting: Jon Titor ™ I have "food" but I'm definitely losing weight. I had a tuna sandwich and some pumpkin pie for lunch. Everything was cooked from scratch. Sounds great. Many of us are gaining unfortunately. I have cut down on eating by half. |

They are a nut bar made with nuts and ground chia seeds, which are the highest form of fiber found in nature. It'll clean out your plumbing but in a good, gentle way, not explosive, if you know what I mean. |

It is the seed that sits on top of the fruit that is actually picked off and that is the nut you eat. The rest of the fruit is good too in jams and jellies and delicious juice. I am surprised they are not more expensive than they are considering it takes a whole fruit to produce one cashew "nut." The fruits are the size of a medium to large sized apple. |
