Italian meatloaf
which is basically just a big ass Italian meatball stuffed in a bread pan and baked... with marinara sauce over it instead of ketchup like a regular meatloaf.

I got lazy one day (10 years or so ago) and didn't feel like rolling a bunch of meatballs out of the bowl of meat and ingredients i prepared the night before so i just said feck-it and made a loaf instead.

Been making those on a semi-regular basis ever since.
Pretty effing good over pasta and makes one heck of a sandwich (especially on garlic toast)
