Quiche-Spinach, cheese, bacon, onion and sun dried tomato served with a side salad. Yum! I make two pies 5 eggs each.  Yum!! I make Quiche often with all kinds of weird fillings, but cheese, spinach and bacon are staples. Tonight I'm making sausage one with spinach and cheese, onions and mushrooms.
