I had some leftover boiled spareribs and from yesterday. I put them in a pot with a wet of chicken broth. I dumped in 2 cans of Margaret Holmes blackeyed peas, and 2 cans of field peas and snaps. I'm gonna cook all that down til it gets thick. Then, I'll cook up 2 bags of boil in bag rice, and raw chopped onion. Going to be some good eating!!
