That's a balance. Big Bang theory doesn't make sense with the axiom that, at time zero, a single and infinitely small point containing all the matter in the universe exploded 14 billion years ago. Everything created from nothing? No matter existed at such a point, they say. Matter was created after the Bang, wich spat every conceivable elementary particle. That soup, created from nowhere, gave place to neutrons, protons and electrons when it started to cool of, during the first 300,000 years. This universe expands, creating matter, time and space (POSITIVE ONES). But, why not a NEUTRAL single point wich created also the mirrored Universe, expanding in other space-time (NEGATIVE) with every single particle being the mirror of the similar ones on this Universe (anti-matter). These two universes would never be in contact, because they would suppress mutually. What do you think about this?

That's a balance. There are an infinite number of "PARALLEL" realities in our "QUANTUMN" reality. You can Quantumn jump to another parallel reality by the consciously aware decisions you make which create your thoughts. Your thoughts and feelings are made up of a certain vibration or frequency. Each seperate parallel reality is made up of different unique frequencies. There is a frequency for every reality and all you have to do is match that frequency and your reality changes. For some people it's instant for others it takes time. Most assuredly you are ALREADY doing this but do not know it.
