Going SUGARFREE & GRAINFREE is the main key to healthy eating - it's a big change for most people. I can adapt almost any recipe to be compliant with the grainfree protocol, you can use almond and coconut flour and various other ways to create foods you are used to, that taste great and are also healthy for you Eating out is more challenging... Salad, meat, veggies, cheese, bring your own homemade chips so you can enjoy guacamole out...it's harder to eat out on this diet, for sure, but we manage fine. It's worth the health benefits, and you will achieve your ideal weight in the process if you take out sugars and starches from your diet. |

User ID: 65945302 United States 06/11/2017 02:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | vitamin D deficiency is highly implicated in many disease conditions Quoting: CAstro hik as is boron, magnesium, iodine, silica, and many other deficiencies people we can take our health back - just gotta get active, get sufficient sleep, reduce our stress levels, get educated and stop eating the cheap, crappy, GMO and heavily pesticided foods that corporations foist on us I took vitamin D3 for years, but stopped in December. I just had blood work done, and I am at the bottom of the range for D3. You would think I shouldn't be, because I work outdoors! Just started back on it again. deplorably republican |

I had blood work done and my doctor said I had "crazy high" D3 level (140-ish?) - said that I shouldn't take it for six months, maybe a year - a few months later I got a different doctor to order a D3 test with other stuff - my level was down to 67 which is too low. So how do you make sure your levels are right? |
