Prepackaged food is full of preservatives and other poisons to our bodies. I can live without ketchup, anyway. I've dropped a lot of extras, and live on stuff that comes fresh out of the ground. It tastes better, is cheaper to buy and better for me. Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. Whatever feels good to your soul, do that. |
