The whole problem with absorbing Illinois into other states is that you wind up infecting them with the same mentality that drove IL to their current situation.

I see that with the influx of Chicago people to this area, they think it's a great place to live but if we only did things the way that they think they should be done...

If Illinois is dissolved as suggested, that would clear the way for Puerto Rico to become a state without fucking up the flag.
