USDA ran a mangrove tree experiment in 1989 that disproved a rise in CO2 has any negative effect on the natural environment. I witnessed edits on their website right after Obama took office. Spoiler alert: it makes plants grow bigger, which balances out the % over time.

The highest levels of CO2 came during the age of the dinosaur; long before the industrial revolution lol.

Great, why? Why those two numbers? They are insignificant numbers. The total mass of air is 5e18 kilograms. That corresponds to 1e44 molecules of air. 0.04% then means 4e40 molecules of carbon dioxide. That is a far cry from the 33 molecules he talks about.
