Was relieved to see this post as I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me.

Cyborg something or other. I think all humans are "ghosts in a machine" but...eh...that's how it can relate to transformers as far as robots with a consciousness except humans would be inside out transformers. "Last knight"=last man standing that's able to fight I suppose. "I will kill them all" is self explanatory it's like a vengeance blood oath of sorts where you vow to destroy your enemies, perpetrators, servers, whatever.

What it means in the movie? I'd have to see it to understand it all. Does it really matter? It's stated in the first person so it's not an organizational comment in that context otherwise it would be "WE will kill them all". Sometimes people put things in movies without a reason under direction of other things.

Any number of people in the Spirit would make such a statement, deliverable or not.
