"The criminal complaint charges Promvongsa with assault with a dangerous weapon, fleeing police in a vehicle, marijuana possession and driving after his license was revoked.

Kathleen Kusz, the Nobles County attorney, cautioned that the video merely “shows a portion of the evidence that would be presented at trial.”

According to the criminal complaint, Promvongsa caused a road-rage incident that started about 9:30 a.m. on July 28. Promvongsa is accused of endangering an off-duty Worthington police officer, including tailgating, swerving, making hand gestures out the window and speeding up before stopping just short of the officer’s car."

We have no proof of the entire event. It was said the cop asked the driver to get out of his vehicle. Immediately the cop started kneeing the suspect. So when was the suspect ever given time to comply?

The police officer acted very unprofessional especially in his verbiage and actions.

Where is the rest of video proof of what may have happened?

What will supporters of the police state say when their beloved police come to arrest them for racist hate speech, to confiscate their guns, and to force them to board trains headed to the concentration camps?

Comply. Don't die. Yes, if this was a 'standard' pull over of a normal citizen...then this treatment is not warranted. But this guy has a LONG list of offenses against him. This guy was walking into a situation where this guy already had tried to use his vehicle to run over a cop and civilians....so, yes, taking all means necessary to subdue the guy is warranted. Plus, when he got him to the ground, he stopped kicking/beating him. If the guy would have come out hands up, and went to the ground quickly it would have been even fewer blows.
