Thumbs up guy, always in the middle of the road in a wheelchair - he stops cars asking for money. He gets a check, according to the other street people, and he has a prosthetic on one leg. He can walk, but finds the wheelchair better for his particular business.

Corner dude, on the damned corner all the time, gossipy 70 something man who has a appetite for young, and transitioning boys.

It is interesting around here, but also horrendously sad.
