Oh and other things to take... Vitamin c, lyseine, lutein, l-arginine, l-glutamine, tumeric, fish oil, milkthistle, magnesium, super b complex, black pepper for the tumeric, and that's all i can remember off the top of my head. Also, apple cider vinegar and oregano oil are some must haves.
