Borax & Boron dose you recommend per day? Thx in advance.

If you start feeling like you have adhd decrease dosage. where do you find it? Borax is unavailable in europe? yes. they banned it! bastards. you can buy it in Norway. but here we can't buy boron suplements. maybe you could do that in europe? it works in the same way as borax.
