The theme of your thread is, "What if". That accomplishes nothing. "What if's" are just other variables that have already been considered or variables that may not even exist.

A hardcore Bible believer can toss that back at you. What if aliens aren't real? What if evolution isn't real? What if the Big Bang isn't real? All of these are valid questions as none of them have been proven. The last two are theories that we have put in a category of, "Most likely happened" rather than, "We know for a fact this is what happened".
