We would enter an age where if such an accident did occur it would be something of a novelty, something those of our current generation would say "Hey remember when people used to drive and cause all of those wrecks?" It would also further the use of electric vehicles cutting down greenhouse gases and other types of hazardous issues. It would also save car owners hundreds if not thousands of dollars due to the vehicles having to be made to last and also the safety expectation and assembly of said vehicle. As well as insurance costs which would be cut down so much most car insurance plans would be economically unfeasible due to human error not being a factor, the people liable would be the vehicle technicians and auto manufacturer. The amount of engineering jobs would skyrocket and the fact we would need people in factories to make these parts or at least supervise the machines that make them would cause a job increase. Most of these cars would actually be assembled here in the United States mainly due to let's say Elon Musk's Tesla Motors and so many other Electric and non electric vehicle companies being based here. I do agree it is strange to see and it will be very hard to get used to because most of us seeing this technology either drive or have been in a vehicle that solely relies on a human driver. Only time will tell, but I think is a positive step for our species if done right. It is amazing to me how some people are so stuck in their heads about something. Your response has been to talk about passenger safety by avoiding car accidents when the topic here has absolutely zero to do with car accidents. It's enough to make me pull my hair out! Is this a bot response from a shill organization? It sure looks like it. Otherwise it's about as stupid as one could get. The topic here is about how the positive ion pollution is going to hurt everyone's health, it is not about car accidents! FFS! [link to oceanservice.noaa.gov (secure)] [link to blog.ucsusa.org] [link to www.afdc.energy.gov (secure)] Why is it that these sources that I have posted, which have spent millions of dollars on this type of research aren't mentioning ion emission? Hmmm, maybe because you're following unreliable sources or yet making things up. There is nothing wrong with electric vehicles besides the fact that a lot of the energy used to charge their batteries comes from fossil fuels, other then that, there is nothing dangerous about them for us or our environment. Even if some sort dangerous particle were emitted, your body would never be able to tell because the damage would be so insignificant that you would go your whole life and not be effected. |

There's really nothing I can do personally because I don't have the money to fight the conglomerates. How do you stop it when there are hundreds of billions of dollars backing it on one side and on the other most people don't make the connection that invisible positive ions are messing up their health. Even if people do recognize it, TPTB will deny, deny, deny saying where is your proof. How can proof be given when everyone will be affected by it? Only by turning it off, and that's not going to happen in a million years. Well actually it will eventually be shut off because there won't be enough people who are well enough to work. EMP will shut it all off. Somebody or something is going to throw the switch and shut it all off. JMHO. No proof. |

Even if some sort dangerous particle were emitted, your body would never be able to tell because the damage would be so insignificant that you would go your whole life and not be effected. The stupid is stupifying. How many times do you need to be told that positive ions can be measured at cell tower locations?!? Since they can be measured it makes no difference if you can find a million articles that don't mention the generation of positive ions from cell towers. Do I need to find an article for you that says positive ions are attracted to negative ions? What if a million articles don't mention that fact either? Does that make the attraction untrue? There are far too many people in this world who appear to have little or no ability to think for themselves even the most basic ideas. Do you need a study that says hot stoves can burn your fingers? Or would a million studies not mentioning how hot stoves burn fingers mean that in fact that hot stoves don't burn fingers? It's a widely known fact that the air contains negative ions. If you have a tower that is creating positive ions in the air's moisture and the air also contains negative ions, do you need a study to grasp that the many of the negative and positive ionic water molecules will find each other and neutralize each other? Now put on your thinking cap. I's common knowledge that waterfalls, large ocean waves, and thunderstorms generate lots of negative ions. it's also common knowledge that all three of those natural wonders promote good feelings. In contrast, the dry wind Sirocco or Santa Ana Winds are known to make people go crazy and commit crimes according to collected statistics. Those winds have very low negative ion levels. You also have to admit that inside our body, there are trillions of ionic reactions going on every second. We could say that ionic reactions are the real lifeblood of the human body. If the ionic reactions stopped for one second we'd probably drop dead instantly. If our skin absorbs negative ions, there must be a purpose behind it. (This is an example of where you need to start thinking for yourself instead of solely relying on studies.) Thus if those negative ions aren't there, it's going to have a bad effect on the body. If you fail to attempt to refute what is written here and go off on some tangent instead, your comments might be removed. That's because I'm sick and tired of seeing all sorts of extraneous comments while the simple arguments I've made are simply ignored. I would like to see the source of your claims, because with this type of thinking you're basically claiming I need to be afraid of using my toaster or microwave. At least I actually provide a statement of logic which has so many sources of evidence it's not even funny yet when I look up ion emission i'm not finding any credible sources so please by all means show your work. Quoting: The Ring Of All 69963707 You can go on amazon or elsewhere and purchase an ion measuring device. There are probably scores of different devices available. Then you can measure the positive ions in the air around cell towers. Then go to a waterfall and measure the ions there. Or you can go watch videos of others using those devices and measuring the ions in the air. As was mentioned before either in this thread or another, it was either Wired or Forbes that discussed the coming WiFi and/or 5G cell towers. I don't remember which website had the article. I've given a fuller reply to what are essentially your non sequiturs elsewhere. You should be afraid of your microwave. It's a massive positive ion machine right there in your kitchen. It also instills biologically harmful frequencies into your food and water. Take a reading of your food before you zap it. It's best to use fresh produce for this experiment rather than packaged or previously canned food. Then test it again after you've zapped it. Your sources are Forbes and Wired.....Wow, ok well in the world I live in and the way I base my opinions on subjects like these are by actually researching articles and studies put out by reputable institutions, where as Forbes and Wired on not reputable in this type subject due to so many other established sources that actually have scientific data pointing to the contrary. So in layman's terms, I'm not going to take the opinion of an internet blogger's post from Forbes and Wired who's sources are bullshit or inconclusive, compared to that of scientists that work for NOAA and other types of environmental institutions that actually show their work and have had millions of dollars funded into their programs and spent decades just to record data that shows evidence that makes your argument pretty damn ridiculous and unfounded. And to mention the cell phone towers, everything puts off radiation, it's the universe, it's existence there is going to be radiation, that's logic and a shit ton of evidence to back it up, BUT, there isn't any conclusive data to even suggest that cell phone towers produce harmful radiation against humans, there just isn't. Therefore your claim that cell phone towers can produce cancer causing radiation is not only false due to no evidence to back it up, but that type of misinformation is dangerous to spread to people, it's like you want us to go back to colonial era tech and live like clothed chimps that aren't progressing in any way and just treat technology like some sort of witchcraft. Here are some sources to show how unfounded your claims are, quit being a Technophobe and get used to the times. P.S These are peer reviewed where as Forbes and Wired are not. Everyone in our home rests and sleeps better with the WiFi off. My next target for removal is the "Smart" power meter the utility company installed without first asking permission. The good news is there has been such a backlash here in this state, that I will be able to have this nefarious device removed. I will pay a monthly $10 fee.
