I don't know what's considered a kids bike, but those damn other bikes need to contribute to the road tax. I am so pissed that they now think they own the damn streets and highways. Always riding in the car lanes, totally ignore there are sidewalks and shoulders they can rid their bike on. Heck, we even used taxpayer money for "bike trails" here and they still rid their damn bikes on the highway! Dammit, I pay my gas taxes to use the damn road and I thought there was a minimum speed limit! How come police don't enforce the minimum speed limit and start writing these guys tickets? I mean, you have car's behind you waiting bikers! Get off the damn road and put those bikes on the shoulder or sidewalk that is right beside you for petes sake.

Bout damn time they did something. Kids are stealing bicycles from adults and ODing on them. This tax will make adults think twice before buying bicycles. We need to work harder on getting the bicycles off the street and saving the lives of our young people.
