Yeah all that Jazz Jennings is packing on tremendous weight because of all the female hormone shots like estrogen to try and suppress the body from releasing male hormones like testosterone. So due to the massive influx of hormone shots it is making him eat around the clock and getting as big as the Goodyear Blimp. All of those hormone shots coupled with his overeating, laziness and lack of exercise is more than likely leading all that Jazz Jennings to another reality television show soon called My 600 Pound Life.

But I think the fight all that Jazz Jennings is waging against his body to suppress all the male hormones like testosterone from releasing which in turn causes the testicles to drop at some point is to no avail. I believe he went out on a date with another girl to the ice skating rink and all that Jazz Jennings doesn't know how to skate so he slipped on the ice and busted his big bottom on the hard ice. In turn I believe this smashed his undropped testicles and made them drop because he immediately ended the date upset and went home mad and was never the same after. All that Jazz Jennings became very bitter and angry the rest of that episode and all other episodes that followed. Plus put on even more weight.

So the main mission all that Jazz Jennings was trying to accomplish by getting all the female hormone shots like estrogen to suppress all the male hormones like testosterone so that he could try and be a girl failed and when he slipped on the ice and went down hard smashing his testicles it caused them to drop anyways forcing him into male puberty.
