Yeah, good thread. I've thought along these very lines. A chunk was stolen from global economy in the late 90s with the Asian currency crisis and the dot com collapse, then 9/11...all within a few years.

They wanted 9/11 in '93 but something happened. They wanted Hillarycare in the mid 90s but it didn't happen. After 9/11, war and the ability siphon more money and production toward whatever break away civilization project they have ongoing.

It's fairly obvious. It's almost laughable to conceive they wouldn't have facilities deep underground. They use their Holy Rood magic wand to bedazzle US while telling us they are doing this.
