I disagree, if I don't allow mysefl to hate, it's like I'm saying, "What he did to me was not that bad."

Hating makes me feel "YEah the guy did something TRULY bad, your feelings about thsi are valid!".

It's our natural reaction to hate, why surpress these emotions?

if you think hating is bad, you should listen to a metal song. it's about anger and rage yet that shit is the best songs ever!!! you don't know how to hate!

and this still doesn't explain why you should LOVE. at the very least, even if you are right, your arguments are just about "don't hate". you didn't explain why love.

I disagree that you can hate what someone does without hating THEM. I don't fucking care why they're doing it. They've done it. They raped the little child. They tortured the innocent. Who the fuck cares?

I agree with yoru last statement tho, you don't need to have that unhealthy rage, so that's well put. there's degrees to this. for instance if I see someone who hurt me in the past it won't ruin my day or anything. I do want to see justice done tho.
