Yes the Civil War was started because of Federal Power Over Reach. Lincoln changed his mind on Slavery and offered to free Slaves in exchange for them fighting for the North(They were losing). None of us living would be alive if a damned thing were changed in the biological flow (history were changed) over the millions of years in the past.
