Where you born with the desire to do this crime? Are people born evil or good?

If yes then you cannot truly judge something for doing something that is in its nature, just like we don't judge cats for randomly killing mice.

BUT I assume that at birth we are all more or less equals (I say this simply because we are physically distinct not mentally). Thus if he hold ourselves to be equal in judgement then this means that the the difference lies in the environment throughout there lives and the people in it. That's not to say we do not make choices, but if truly we are equal then we cannot say or believe that we would have made better choices.

So it may not be a well liked idea, but even murders and rapist were clueless newborns and victims of a crime that received no justice and twisted them either slowly or quickly. Courts and jails are not really solving crime. Crime is simply a moment or part of a continuing flow of malice.

Cheesy at it sounds, you don't fix people by discarding them or labelling them forever by their past crime.

Personally even the worse criminals deserve to be treated as such, because what just person could assume otherwise? (Excluding actual, physical proof like missing half his brain, but even then he has half a brain less to consider)
