Paul was a proto-theologian. I accept the gospels and the words of the apostles first.

Re: Christians and everyone else, do you accept Paul's gospel? It is of Christ
Paul was for us gentiles and he was a good gift unto us.
I like Paul's letters and him.
I like them all every one of them, Peter and John, all of them I like them all.
There is something unique in each one of their testimonies and letters and their personal nature, each one of their characters had a unique gift, one just for them, made into their very character from their beginning and to give unto us all out from what they were given.
They are priceless like all of His are.
The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds.

Re: Christians and everyone else, do you accept Paul's gospel? It is of Christ
Not only should we accept it, we should embrace it, it is SPECIFICALLY to the gentile world for the doctrine of salvation through faith alone, and the calling out of the body of Christ.

Christ's earthly message was SPECIFICALLY to Israel, under the law to bring in the earthly kingdom... it was/is a completely different message, to a completely different people under a completely different dispensation... the concept of "faith only" was unknown to the 12... and wouldn't be introduced by Paul for at LEAST 10 years after the Pentecost...

Israel - Gods chosen earthly people received their message from the earthly Christ... and all the promises are earthly, including the earthly kingdom.

The Body of Christ - Gods chosen heavenly people received their message through Paul, from an ascended Christ...and all the promises are heavenly.

At least someone has some understanding of what they are talking about. This! Thanks for a bit of light to cast off the works of darkness that try to hide the truth of God. Paul was called to reveal The Mystery, an unexpected and unknown purpose God had kept hidden until then. Instead of bringing the judgements on the nation and world that are prophesied God brought in the Dispensation of Grace to form the Body of Christ with a heavenly inheritance because Christ is reconciling both the heavenly places and the Earth. Israels program was put on hold until this mystery dispensation is completed. So sad to see people so ignorant of Paul's special calling and apostleship. Separate from Israels program completely. But Satan loves to keep people blinded to that and mix the two programs in the Bible together.
If one does not rightly divide the word of truth, he can never understand the Holy Scriptures whatsoever. Such a shame too. It is so clear when one does that!
Ephesians 3

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

Grace and peace!

Paul was a gnostic.

Also you should read up on him and Seneca.

Remember that Paul also said in Romans that the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness, and joy, and peace in the Holy Ghost. But as Jesus said in Luke 17:21, this kingdom is within us, and to find it we must go within. The daily practice of getting still before the Lord in meditation will crucify the desire nature, and during this process the mind will naturally begin to receive manna.

In order to illustrate the above truth for you, let’s start with the Apostle Paul’s comment on the Red Sea crossing and how it relates to baptism. He states:

“…our fathers were all under the cloud and all passed through the sea; and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea” (1 Cor. 10:1-2).......

Baptism is meditation. It’s that simple. And it’s for this reason that Paul is able to link the Red Sea crossing with baptism. Let’s review the details.

In recalling the story of the Exodus we see the Israelites camped by the sea when the Egyptians suddenly arrive on the horizon. God had hardened pharaoh’s heart once again and he was coming to destroy them. When the Israelites looked up and saw the Egyptians coming, they became afraid and started complaining. Moses’ then gives the Israelites a command. The scripture states:

“And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord…The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace” (Exodus 14:13-14).

Keep in mind that Moses is commanding the Israelites to stand still even as they are supposed to be walking across the Red Sea floor!

This aspect of standing still and holding our peace is the very act of meditation itself. This is the way to salvation!

The Psalmist reiterates this truth much later when he states:

“Be still and know that I am God…” (Psalm 46:10).

Always happy to see those who recognize Gnostic Paul. He was Gnostic and that is only way we can understand him.

IF this is a slam Paul post, if not ignore me:

There would be no gospel without Paul..

No understanding of Gospel without Paul.

1000's of men and 1000's of theologians have studied Paul's, writings and have honored him.

Do you think you know something they don't. They missed something you you see.

Paul got love. Nothing much wrong with his writing. He was just a man though like everyone else. Not G-d, not messiah. But man, like you and me. Trying to make the best understanding of it

FROM WHOM did he receive the gospel?

I have seen your thread, and have refrained from commenting... but regarding the word 'gospel', I must clarify.

The Gospel is composed of the New Testament books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

The Gospel contains the living words of Jesus Christ.

And regarding the testimony found in the letters of Paul... ALL TESTIMONY OF TRUE CHRISTIANS SHOULD BE ACCEPTED!

He lived an inspired life, and found much truth which he shared with his brethren, but don't all true Christians who live a Godly life?

I know I receive the blessings from The Lord God everyday, and also trials in which He proves His love for me.

Paul recording his ministry and his teachings is inspiring, indeed, but they are not the Living Word.

I have known others whose conversion to the Lord was traumatic, like Paul's was... after being a killer of the the faithful. It seems the pendulum swings to the extreme both ways at times.

There is nothing like the Living Word of Jesus... NOTHING!!

It speaks to each one of us with an individual heart, yet holds us together as one!

Again, the words of Jesus himself will suffice.

Here we have Mark 16:15...

"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature."

Every Creature.

To Israelites, Gentiles, birds, fish, flowers... all the entirety of God's creation.

His Gospel was LOVE!

We are to spread His Gospel of Love to all creatures!

You are refuted by the testimony of the Holy Spirit theough all the apostles.
James writes to the twelve tribes of Israel - why on earth would he do this if , as you say, that "Israel's programme was put on hold"? Paul a Benjamite

Why did Israel stone Stephen?

Why did they reject Jesus? etc

After they rejected their Messiah multiple times, God gave grace to the gentiles and we entered a new dispensation.

Re: Christians and everyone else, do you accept Paul's gospel? It is of Christ

 Quoting: Tree of Life

Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Jesus' ministry was for Israel. Heed Paul's words as we are in a new dispensation.
 Quoting: Expose ALL Shills

Again, the words of Jesus himself will suffice.

Here we have Mark 16:15...

"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature."

Every Creature.

To Israelites, Gentiles, birds, fish, flowers... all the entirety of God's creation.

His Gospel was LOVE!

We are to spread His Gospel of Love to all creatures!
 Quoting: Tree of Life

It appears you are ignoring Matthew 15:24

Why not spread the true gospel for gentiles now, that if we trust the blood atonement of Jesus we are saved.

Why go out of your way against Paul?

Paulinian Theology.

They're Paulinians.

In life, Paul never ever met Jesus Christ.
Jesus said his teachings were not for Gentiles, but Paul revised and extended it to Gentiles after the Crucifixion.
Paul bullied Jesus's brother James out to take control of the Jesus Movement.

I don't label those seeking Christ anything other than a seeker of the truth. God bless whoever points to the narrow path, but our gospel of how to be redeemed starts and ends in Christs teachings alone....

A couple of books give you Christ, many others contradict him without mention of him....

Have a personal relationship with Christ and move forward or idle and stall over 66 books and believe your moving forward/already there....

Paul spent 3 years in the desert being taught the gospel of grace from an ascended Christ... probably in the area of Mt. Sinai where Moses received the law for Israel... it's NOT possible to keep the law in this dispensation... the temple was destroyed in 70 AD and the Levitical priesthood scattered...

the body of Christ IS GODS heavenly temple on earth, and when we are called home, the 3rd earthly temple will be built, the animal sacrifices will start and the law will be in full force... the age of grace will be over... the age of law and tribulation will commence...

Paul is to the body of Christ what Moses was to Israel... a very different message to a very different people with a very different relationship to the Father...

Christ COMMANDED the 12 NOT to go to the gentile world... his message was not to them...

Re: Christians and everyone else, do you accept Paul's gospel? It is of Christ
Let me first say I've wrestled with the Paul thing for quite some time and my jury is still out.

Having said that, there are some definite problems with the Paul conversion on the road to Damascus. 1st we only have Paul's word of the account and scripturally every word must be confirmed by two or more witnesses. Where is the second witness?

Next, show me one other person who did not repent of their sins and were basically forced by Jesus to accept His salvation and go on to be the great "apostle" of Christ. Wouldn't Jesus have at least given us a heads up that another apostle would come? Especially when Paul's writing constitutes two thirds of the new testament.

Paul was not a nice person. He sought out Christians in order to have them killed. He was a big time anti Christ sinner. All examples of men like that always had their hearts hardened.

When did Paul repent of his deeds?

What part of Christ's command to the 12 do you NOT understand.

These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

He came to establish the priesthood and bring in the kingdom. You HAD to be a pure Israelite to qualify for the priesthood... think David, Solomon and all the other priest, they HAD to be PURE Israelite.

The 144k Priest that will preach the coming kingdom during tribulation are going the be PURE Israelite's from each of the 12 tribes... see any gentiles in the priesthood...

If you believe Christ's message was to you, you better be observing all the feast days, all the laws including dietary, going to Temple the required number of times per day, finding a priest from the tribe of Levi to offer up your sacrifices AND believe Christ is the Son of GOD... witch was Peters profession of faith) it had NOTHING to do with Christs dying on the cross for the forgiveness of sin... Israel was NEVER released from the Law...

Additionally, it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep the law during this dispensation... the temple is destroyed and the priesthood scattered... all of which WILL come back during that 7 year period.

Israel rejected the priesthood and GOD sent the gentile world the gospel of grace, unheard of until 10-13 years AFTER the crucifixion of Christ... without Paul's message the gentile world would be without access to GOD... we don't go the temple like Peter... we ARE the temple...
