I would of evacuated thank to electricity going out. If electricity went out then it's not cold in your refrigerator. Everything goes bad in the refrigerator then you have no food or can't food on your stove. Then if you leave the majority of places serving food is close due to storm. Then you got flooding. #1 reason why I'll be evacuating. I'll sleep in my car somewhere where it's safe and not effected or affected by the storm. Good Luck op. Stay safe.
