Ying and Yang to me is to whiten the lower self as much as possibly possible, then meshing with higher self.
So, how are the lower self and the higher self different? In what respects exactly? Is this measured in terms of energy?

If so, what constitutes the "energy" of a soul? Is all energy the same?
We're previously seen that you can transmit energy in terms of sound and light. Heat is another form. Maybe there's also chemical energy.

So, of what could a "soul" be made of?

It is impossible to mesh /absorb your higher self if you ever do evil. That is why you never eat from God's table and the table of demons at the same time.
