I am a master mediator / negotiator and the gov. knows this

Does anyone in this fucking forum know FOR SURE NK is doing all these bad things?

Why can't we have ONE negotiator, a military representative, attempt negotiations? Let that one representative be a symbolic choice for Kim: negotiate and live to see another day, or hurt/kill that representative and seal his fate.

Is this unreasonable or does our leadership really not have the balls for it?
