The dead meaning the body is dead and knows nothing, having no more reward as the body is gone
Or the dead could represent the ones who are not saved, as they will be wiped from the ones in heaven memory
Or maybe it means both of these
You can't take one verse and make it something out it isn't
There are plenty of versus speaking of heaven and rewards, I'm the after life
So to take one verse and to twist it to make.you believe there is no God or heave. Is sad
The reason you don't want there to be a heaven or God is because your scared you aren't good enough to make it and are hell bound
Just het saved, if there isn't a heaven or God then so what you lose nothing
But if there is then you will gain heaven
