If that Walmart is stocked, it won't be used as a FEMA camp. They may be reserving it as a supply source after a disaster.

Walmart is definetly a fema/ potential military location.

Its a good thing. They are distributed based on population with supply chains.

They all have sniper perches with reinforced walls. Huge parking lots easily contained.

So this is useful in situations like this. Other big box stores are the same. But likely reserved for overflow or different uses.
