If she did so, she would know that it happened already in Cuba with this storm, and a few weeks ago in Brazi. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75509869 Then she wouldn't be worried that a tsunami was about to come through her window. They just said that water just receded somewhere on the west coast of Florida and warned people that it will return with a vengeance. To be careful! Last Edited by nutmeg on 09/10/2017 03:11 PM |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 3038386 United Kingdom 09/10/2017 09:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A hurricane is an intense low pressure system. A vacuum. Pour water on a surface. Put a shop vac nozzle to the water in the middle. What happens to the water at the edge? There is no mystery. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 39613116 I think it's freaking people out because we've never heard of it. At least I know *I* haven't. Quoting: Deplorable NO MORE Michele B with COUNTLESS hurricanes before this one and it's never happened before..... Looks normal to me. got proof to back up your claim? pictures of beaches drying out before hurricane hits in the past? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 70979951 United States 09/10/2017 09:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No one has seen a hurricane this large before. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 39613116 No one. Don't focus on wind speed, or catagory. This is about size. Size matters, or do you believe that lie too... lol The water levels went down in all other hurricanes in the same way. This one is so big it took all the water in the shallows. Be terrified, but not of a tsunami. You have to be ignorant to hurricane facts if you think no One has seen a hurricane this large before!!!! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75502396 That's exactly how they made the islands in Dubai. It's often done in Florida to replenish eroded beaches. Interesting, so is the drilled holes. You know their is strange things happening. Now, for you crazy ones who said this proved the earth is not flat, that would be wrong. I would prove the water went somewhere. History tells us that the flood happened and all the water from the deep and heavens came up and down, it blew up is what happened. So what was once under the earth foundations can go back, If it does, you will find all those place that you heard about in myth and legends. There are sunken intact cities, as if the just sunk, land and everything, or the water came and covered them. Don't worry about it until it comes roaring back, I would rather have more beachfront property myself. Sorry I got a headache These are the times that tries men's and women's souls! May we come though it victorious! |

So, it's normal. Then you get the storm surge. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75505241 Curious. Do you have any links to anything reporting on this? I've never heard of it. Not being sarcastic. I'm genuinely interest in knowing more about this. "Nothing is as far away as one minute ago." --Jim Bishop :gameizovar: It's DO:OM o'clock. WAKE UP! |
