Power went down island wide in Kauai twice so far today. Apparently circuits keep tripping at a hydro plant? (other than Florida) Around noon in Southern CA we had a few "power down" moments where the lights dimmed and fridge shut down, etc. But only lasted maybe 10 minutes. I think solar flares?
