FedEx -- undelivered packages
I know that someone here knows answer. What happens to FedEx packages that can't be delivered? I'm not concerned about the refubd TIA. I am curious as to what happens to boxes that can't be delivered beca=use of hurricane or a signature requirement. Where do they go?

They will attempt to deliver a second time. If a no go the second time they will stay at the facility for a certain amount of time and you can pick up there.

They go back to the hub where the trucks are loaded. There will be at least 3 delivery attempts if signature is required. Sometimes a call will be placed to let the individual know there have been delivery attempts.

If all else fails they are shipped back to original sender.
