Look, I had a brother that died at the hands of the police. We had a horrendous childhood, were raised separately, and I hadn't heard from my brother (or anyone in my family) in many, many years. And, I didn't want to hear anything from him -- I was afraid of my brother, for objectively understandable reasons. I was raised by the state.

Anyway, one day I looked up his name on Google, and found that he died by being in an incident with the police, in which he was first tazed, then shot (my brother had a knife on him, and was reaching for it, ect).

(Interesting side note: BLM was about to make a poster boy of him, but found out he was white. That was, essentially, the end of their interest. Lol.)

His death occurred at least a year before I discovered it.

My first, terrible thought was: He [my brother], was heading for this, his whole life...

Immediately, I felt so guilty for thinking that thought.

Then, I started to laugh a little bit. It was freaky, definitely weird.

It took a while to sink in... feels like it still hasn't quite sunk in... possibly, due to the fear of him, and the distance.

Point being, people can grieve in the oddest ways. It's a very personal thing.

I had a friend of mine do a project about me. It was for his communications degree or whatever. So, he interviewed me and then gauged my body language reactions. Then, he turned in his report for his class. Well, he ended up showing me the paper later on. He was dead wrong on 75% of the stuff he said. I don't know if it is because I am awkward and give mixed signals (people have told me before that I am difficult to "read") or if it was because most of these body language readers are full of shit. I lean towards the latter. It is easy to this type to analysis on people. We could have all done the same analysis. You can tell the obvious body language cues but that doesn't necessarily mean shit for what is going on the guy's brain. Some people are very good at faking too. This would be the type of person to fake it too. For what purpose, confusion, so that they don't discover crimes unrelated or related to the incident.

Anyway, the reason this story is significant to me is because that guy his doctorate and he is a professor at a major university now. He got an A on his analysis with me. He was completely wrong about what I was actually thinking and on many points what I was actually trying to communicate

Actually, I feel that they have had it on their hands for a while now, although not to this extent of course. To me this says that we need to be EXTREMELY careful in accepting the truth of anything we see in the newspapers or anything we hear on TV or Radio. The MSM will be DESPERATE to slither away from any sort of blame or responsibility and will come up with ANYTHING, no matter how preposterous or convoluted, to divert any possible scrutiny onto someone or something else.
