TEOTWAWKI and JPMorgan's Bylaws Change
It's happening! Or not..?

ZeroHedge reports

"JPMorgan Updates By-laws In Case Of "Nuclear Disaster" Or World War III"

"The bylaws of JP Morgan has been changed days ago to include what to do should a TEOTWAWKI occur!

In the most bizarre news of the day, Bloomberg's Hugh Son noticed that in a late Thursday filing, the board of JPMorgan approved a series of revisions to the bank's by-laws, including a particularly notable one: a new section defining what constitutes a quorum in an emergency resulting from "an attack on the United States" or a “nuclear or atomic disaster.” That scenario is listed among emergencies that - understandably - might make it hard to hold a normal meeting for board members of America's largest bank.

The clause can be activated not just in case of a nuclear disaster or World War III, but also in a variety of situations including "without limitation apparent terrorist activity or the imminent threat of such activity, chemical and biological attacks, natural disasters, or other hazards or causes commonly known as acts of God."

In short, JPMorgan's Board has decided it is time to seriously consider a TEOTWAWKI! scenario".

I think it's doom pron, with a bit of Oprah Winfrey style of that "AhHA!!" moment all mixed together.

OK i am gonna to edit this nicely for you all. What JP Morgan has done is made so in case of a Apocalypse scenario occurs and only one board member survives, that person can still make financial decisions for the company as a whole. Currently now in Pre-Apocaplse it takes a majority rule of the board to make a binding financial decision. My guess is also that COG has advised them to make this decision n order to keep their financial system running, even if they are doing it from their COG safety inside a mountain. Smart move too but in no way does it equate to impending doom. Its a just in case precaution and now they only have to get one JP Morgan Board member to safety. If i was JP Morgan i would have said fuck off, we either all get protected or none of goes..Just my two cents on the last bit..lol

How is this not a forecast of their anticipated events to come?

They didn't just change bylaws in anticipation of a "never gonna happen" WWIII. They pretty much blanketed their insurance by Acts of God. Tell me, who will deem these as Acts of God?

Act of vermin, in my opinion.

OP I had just made comment on this exact article that I read a couple of days ago in my own thread. This is unprecedented, especially by one of the worlds largest banks. Companies never ever just leave it up to one person. I don't know how to link the comment, so I hope you don't mind I'm linking the thread. My comments are at the bottom of page 2. Maybe my thread helps tie more info to it, banks are going down!

Their TEOTWAWKI may not be our TEOTWAWKI though, why do people not get this? If anything changes in the banking or monetary rules, it could be TEOTWAWKI for them.

Or because of what some banks allow sometimes, you find stuff where they let anyone bank with them. Past things that happened in some banks.
