Potato logs...just as good as french fries
take a potato no matter how big and cut it in 4 pieces, cut 3 or 4 potatoes the same way...heat oven to 425 F and cook for 30 minutes.

Get out the catsup and salt and pepper..just like big french fries...delicious

Only buy organic. Talked to a farmer once and he said the pesticides they spay just sits in the soil and saturates the potato.
