I still have a FB account that I keep in touch with old friends. One of them posted this video.

If true it makes several theories lock together (for me anyways)

A little grainy but you can still read the release at the very end of the video.

It is supposed to be from Anon stating that Paddock was an FBI undercover agent setting up a sale of illegal firearms to ISIS in the states. That the LVPD is not able to come clean do to this would incriminate the FBI for selling firearms to ISIS members in the US. Why Stephen was drilling holes to mount camera's to record the sale.

It does nothing to say why the shooting rampage happened (other than to cover up a failed sting).
