3 little pigs springs to mind. Your housing market is nothing but an insurance scam.
Lets build houses made of wood in areas that are prone to fire, tornadoes etc.
Makes sense.

Ive often wondered why you build out of wood, lots of trees I guess+cost etc. 99.9% of homes here are brick. Would you want a brick home in an earthquake prone area?
