Allegations of sexual abuse by producer Harvey Weinstein have rocked Hollywood. The impact of the investigation has far reaching implications not exclusive to just Tinseltown, but the political world as well. Weinstein was a major Democrat donor, who personally donated and bundled millions for the likes of Obama and Hillary.

If Tucker Carlson gets his way, the Republicans will get a piece of Weinstein and the rest of Hollywood over their horrid ways. Carlson is calling for the Justice Department to investigation Hollywood’s ‘systematic sexual abuse.’

Carlson called for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to open an investigation into Hollywood’s culture of “systematic sexual abuse” the same way the Obama administration did at colleges.

He said the DOJ previously opened two separate probes into the lack of action from Penn State University in State College, Pa., after assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was convicted of abuse.

Allegations had circulated that the late Coach Joe Paterno was told about Sandusky’s behavior, and then-President Graham Spanier was probed for possible inaction in the face of the claims.

Spanier, along with two athletic staff members, Timothy Curley and Gary Schultz, were all convicted of child endangerment.

Carlson’s suggestion comes amid Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie and others have coming forward to the New York Times with their Harvey Weinstein horror stories.

Paltrow says, “This way of treating women ends now.”
