People are not doing their homework. Only security firms need to have the PILB license. The security guards they hire are only required to get a "work card" from the PILB. People who have a work card are not listed or searchable on that website.

Security guards in Vegas are also not required to be resitered with the Nevada gaming commission unless they are physically working on the casino floor. If just working in the hotel or resort areas they do not need to do anything with the gaming commission.

Go check for job openings on any LV casino website. Unless it is an armed guard position, licensure is not required, only a PILB work card.
