You just listed the "law" that was instituted for personal hygiene during a time people were dying en mass because of horrible hygiene, and laws regarding "historical influences during the time in that region" That's why there is the Old Covenant/New Covenant and things changed over time.

So....
1) Why must foreskins be chopped off? There are 2 reasons, one is to show that you belong to the Lord by being "clean", the other reason is that thousands of years ago hiking around the wilderness with little chance to bathe at times, people got "schmegma" stuff under their foreskins, causing some dick-rot disease. So if you are "circumcised", it's more than likely you also follow all the other "laws" regarding to hygiene and aren't picking up and spreading these diseases that these people had no clue they were spreading and how they spread them.

2)Why must anything touched by a menstruating woman must be cleaned? Do you not know blood carries diseases and maxi pads and tampons weren't available by shoving quarters into a slot on rock. I don't blame you for not knowing blood carries diseases, as the people back then didn't either..they were just ordered to avoid it without really knowing why.

3)Clothes made from different animals - Don't mix garments of clean animals with unclean animals. Unclean animals are more capable of spreading diseases than clean animals, and during that time period sanitizing the bloody skins of unclean animals wasn't done very well, and with all the cuts and scrapes on your body, disease could enter into you.

4) Murder people who have sex outside of marriage? It never says murder, murder is a very bold accusation. You use YOUR definition of the word, when the correct definition is more along the lines of "Bring justice to". There is a very long list of why this was implemented, but you would have to understand the history of the region first, which hardly no one does. It also has to do with the fact that making an oath and promise to someone and God is serious business, and you should not break it without severe consequences.

Do we follow these laws now? No, because of the New Covenant, those laws were for the Old Covenant, when the circumstances were totally different. Should we follow them? Probably most of them, as they relate to personal hygiene and morality issues. However, we can't just go around stoning people to death that openly are an abomination to nature, and do things completely unnatural.
