one reason. another reason is that things are not that simple. It's like the game Risk. You accrue cards throughout the game to be turned in for reinforcements during the game. These cards usually result in the game winning move. The key to the cards is not just to play them, but WHEN to play them. Assange has a deck full, so does the deep state. A misuse of the info(cards) can result in a loss in the game. Timing and execution are paramount to success. Assange, Trump, et al know this.
