America Ferrera was 9, but she wasn't in show business when she was 9, so she's not saying she was assaulted by a "Hollywood bigwig." It seems to me there's a real risk of people being satisfied with some Hollywood or other elite types being prosecuted when the fact is most child rapists/molesters are run-of-the-mill people who are relatives or family friends of the child they're assaulting.

Yes, I realized her phone was hacked and her images are private, but what does an image like that say about one's character or etiquette? Does it make what happened to her in Hollywood right?
