The comments as reported are totally out of context. I mean there is ZERO context provided. Like he just said this and moved on to something else? No way. He was obviously saying something along the lines, like his sacrifices are appreciated and he was aware he was likely to be sacrificing himself for his country etc. etc. Trump is not a sadistic fool as much as his enemies like to pretend he is. The whole thing is a fiasco of the highest order by someone who was clearly prejudiced against him, and I am confident if a recording is released he will be exonerated.
