You can't just eat healthy and train if you're after a specific muscle goal. If you want to get wider like the black dude, you have to eat MUCH more while training hard.
I looked basically the same as you a while back, before I started eating much more than usual and trained more muscle groups on my upperbody like chest, arms, shoulder and back.
