Been training for 3 years and I'm almost the same. Also taller, but my genetics dictates I grow more muscle, mainly in shoulders and back.

But muscular mass is more genetics than feeding and training. Yup, genetics. However, good gains can be made with heavy lifting and near extreme over eating. Remember, this is GROWING. You'll have to eat like a pig, train like a horse and then you'll look like a bull. Afterwards, you'll have to diet back down, to lose all the extra fat. Really, I did it for a few years, and it sucked. I was at 190lbs, ripped. But, being that muscular wasn't normal for me, and I couldn't keep up with the eating.
