How to get the bigger and fuller look like the boxer has without steroids? seems impossible. When I eat more and get bigger I just look fatter.

However, good gains can be made with heavy lifting and near extreme over eating. Remember, this is GROWING. You'll have to eat like a pig, train like a horse and then you'll look like a bull. Afterwards, you'll have to diet back down, to lose all the extra fat. Really, I did it for a few years, and it sucked. I was at 190lbs, ripped. But, being that muscular wasn't normal for me, and I couldn't keep up with the eating. exactly, it's not healthy. Technically it's still healthier than most people.
