But muscular mass is more genetics than feeding and training. |

If you want to get wider like the black dude, you have to eat MUCH more while training hard. I looked basically the same as you a while back, before I started eating much more than usual and trained more muscle groups on my upperbody like chest, arms, shoulder and back. There's plenty of videos and forums on this online though. Better to go there. |

But muscular mass is more genetics than feeding and training. Yup, genetics. However, good gains can be made with heavy lifting and near extreme over eating. Remember, this is GROWING. You'll have to eat like a pig, train like a horse and then you'll look like a bull. Afterwards, you'll have to diet back down, to lose all the extra fat. Really, I did it for a few years, and it sucked. I was at 190lbs, ripped. But, being that muscular wasn't normal for me, and I couldn't keep up with the eating. |

If I looked fuller and bulkier like the boxer it would be ideal because I look bigger/more intimidating clothed but still lean and aesthetic shirtless. The way I look now I would basically have to walk around shirtless for anyone to notice me. |
